Terms of Service & Data License Agreement

By using AI DC Impact, you agree to our Terms of Service and Data License Agreement. The agreement covers data usage rights, redistribution restrictions, map watermarking, and account policies.

1. License Grant

AI DC Impact grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the data, scores, maps, and analysis for internal business purposes only.

2. Prohibited Uses

Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of AI DC Impact data is prohibited without written consent. Automated bulk downloading or scraping is prohibited.

3. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

All scores, models, methodologies, and derived data remain the intellectual property of AI Data Center Impact.

4. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

Data is provided for directional screening only — not engineering, legal, or formal disclosure diligence. AI DC Impact makes no warranty as to accuracy or completeness.
